• Features an 8-business hour repair time SLA
• Free static IP address
• Free site visit for Wifi and internals recommendations
• Openserve installations have a listed price of R2875 (incl VAT) but are currently free until September 2024.
• Openserve installations are currently free for 12 month contracts and new builds or activations.
• If a customer cancels an activated or installed service within the first 12 months of service, a fixed fee of R575 (incl VAT) is levied.
• You can see a coverage map at on the Telkom site or the Openserve site.
• We will provide a free router should you wish to commit to a 24 month contract, or we can assist you to configure your current router should it be a compliant WAN gateway, or we can suggest an alternative router based on your needs
